23 year-old female from Here I consider myself addicted to video games. I'm easily bored but also easily amused. I'm eclectic with pretty much everything. I have a tendency to babble.
PAXI know its been a long time, but I made myself have the time to write a journal about the crazy awesome fun time that is Penny Arcade Expo. My first PAX experience was amazing. A total of 6 autographs. Singer Jonathan Coulton, Jerry from Penny Arcade, Scott Kurtz from PVP. Oh and 3 of the RvB guys! Hells yes. Gus Geoff and Joel all signed my poster! I was in nerd heaven. Samples of free energy drinks everywhere. People just handing me free swag. The group I went with didn't get sick thank jebus. We made it out alive while acquaintances were dropping like flies. We managed to get to a few awesome panels. We saw the making of a Penny Arcade strip. Hilarious and awesome in all aspects even tho Jerry was late due to the delivery of his new baby he made it. Dedication. "An Evening with Scott Kurtz" was fantastic. The entire panel was him telling stories of his career and how he did it. Sounds slightly boring if you weren't there. He is by far one of the best story tellers ever. And of course as I was exiting the room guess who was standing in the back? Wil Wheaton! Made it to The Legend of Neil panel too. I think Tony Janning was slightly drunk XD. It added to the entertainment and we got to preview the newest episode before the general public. My point being this was the best vacation I have ever had and I must go back next year. My only complaint would be the lines. Sooo many lines. I guess you have to expect it. THIS ROCKED
