The Walking DeadJust playing though The Walking Dead Game (Telltale) for the first time and... Kenny's kind of a bitch isn't he? It seems like any small thing that you disagree with him on he holds against you for the rest of the game. I have this weird attachment to him as a character because he's been there since the beginning, but he's pretty damn irrational sometimes.

I've Discovered SomethingNothing revolutionary, but games with a good story and simple achievements will always make me want to 100% the game. I'm not the best gamer out there, but I plan to do 1999 mode in Bioshock Infinite, and if it makes me cry, then I'll cry, and get over it, and beat the fucking game. I completed Portal 2 for the same reason, it was an awesome game, with simple, fun achievements that just made me want to finish the game. Granted there was no difficulty option in Portal, it's the same concept. Anyways, I just have to go through and finish up the last few basic achievements before going into 1999 mode, cause I know if I tried to finish all the rest of the achievements in one play through on the hardest difficulty I would pull my hair out.
P.S. When you release a game always, always, ALWAYS put a chapter select option in the game. It's very helpful.

The Way Things Work Out SometimesI just got my work schedule for next week and it looks like I'm off on the day of the new Xbox announcement. Yay!  In other news, I just passed my one year anniversary with my company and in addition to my Part-Time anniversary bonus, (a considerable amount) I now make $9.50/hour instead of $8.50/hour (minimum wage in Georgia is $7.25/hour). To put that into real, tangible, terms, I just bought my plane ticket to RTX which was around $280 and an all-access SideQuest badge, which was $100, last week, and made nearly all of that money back.

CollectiblesIn order to get all of the collectibles in Bioshock Infinite I have been using @Destrotor and @Whiistler's lovely guides. It sort of feels like I'm having to speed run the game again in order to collect everything (which is fine, because the game is awesome), but the guides definitely make this much easier. So shout out to those guys, and really all of the Community Hunters and guide makers out there, the quality of content has really improved since the addition of the new rules.

BookedMy flight to RTX has been booked and my All-Access SideQuest ticket has been bought. Now I just have to book my hotel room, and I'll be good!
I'll be getting in on the 4th around 7:15 PM, and leaving on the 9th at 10:45 AM.

Looking ForwardIt's weird to think I'll be 21 next month... I'm glad I'll be able to drink legally in time for RTX, though I am not really much of a partier. My brother said he was going to take me out and we are going to "have a good time" on the week of my birthday, but I'm not really keen on the idea of getting sloppy drunk in public just because I'm 21. I enjoy having a couple of bevs while hanging out with my friends and family, but I'm hesitant to be in a public place drinking for my first time. I guess the difference between the two is among friends and family (and older people who don't give a shit) no one is pushing you to drink, whereas around my birthday I think there would be a lot of expectation and encouragement to drink as much as I can (which is a lot, but I want to remember my birth-week). Anyways, that's a ways off...

It's Been a WhileSince I felt the need to 100% a game, but most of the achievements in Bioshock Infinite seem really easy (except for 1999 mode...). It just seems doable to me. I might go for it.
