Revelation Soundtrack Fight MusicSo, I've been developing the fight music from ep 19 and 20, making it longer, bigger, replacing some sampled sounds with live instruments, etc. Making it "better" in my estimation.
But, it's recently occurred to me that many people might not be happy with the fact that it is different than what they heard behind the video. I know that I have bought CDs of albums I had when I was a kid and was really disappointed that they sounded different....even if that was somebody's idea of better.
I've decided to include both versions on the CD. The newer versions will be individual tracks. The original versions which were in the episodes/DVD are known as the OST version. This is one single track which is around 4:00 long.
Either way, this music is collectively titled Red vs. Blue Revelation Suite. And if you're planning on fighting someone, you should totally wait til you have this on your iPod.

Zune will have it, but they are much slower to get it up than iTunes.

Although I personally don't have an iPod either. I want one, believe me. But so far, it's just cheap mp3 players here.
The CD is most definitely close to coming out--I can't say exactly when, since it has to be duplicated and stocked. So, you know, that's just not my department!! But, it's closer than ever!
Out of curiosity, will the CD be available both physically and digitally at launch, or will it be physical first then digital like with the Trocadero CDs?
That's awesome, punching a dinosaur in the face is very much what i had pictured. My idea for the CD artwork was a cartoon of a Red rhinoceros fighting a Blue butterfly. They didn't like it.
I think it will be the opposite-it will be available as a download first and then as physical CD a bit later. But, to be honest that question is better answered by Brandon.

Hey Jeff. just wanted to offer my congrats on what I can only call a kick ass soundtrack. Ice fight and Red vs Blue are top of my list. Just wondering though, who does the singing for the Red vs Blue track? Thanks again for the adrenaline boost! XD
