Con SeasonSo RTX and SDCC are now done, wish I could have been at both of them but sadly I could not make it. Next year I will be at RTX for sure and possibly SDCC as well. Next up is PAX and I am super excited for it. I'll get to see a bunch of my friends again and hopefully rub elbows with some pretty awesome people. :)

Okay so just finished another PAX Just finished my 8th PAX as an Enforcer and it was just as awesome as the first time. I really want to branch out but unfortunately RTX already has their volunteers picked out. Next year for that. But I was thinking maybe I could just attend? Crazy idea I know, but it might just work. We'll see if it all pans out.

PAXIt is this month and I am so excited again! Hopefully I'll get to meet a lot of cool people at Halofest and see everyone else that I know too!

Forgot this was here.Long time since anything was up here. Well, I'd just like to say that I kind of hate popular media, because it always seems to show me exactly what I can't have.

Child's Play Charity Dinner/AuctionSo I was once again fortunate enough to be able to attend this awesome event. Only this time I was working it. Not much different aside from the being there since 9am bit hehe. Saw lots of awesome people like CJ Cowen, Burnie, Matt, Nathan, Laird, among many others. There was lots of cool Halo stuff this year which made me wish that I could've had some more money with which to get awesome stuff, but alas, not this year. So with the silent auction over we went to the live auction and there was a special Bungie pack in there I was excited about. The winner would get to go to Bungie in April 2010 and play Reach early, they also would recieve a trunk full of swag. Oh and I forgot to mention that they would be able to bring 7 friends with them. So I waited patiently for that lot to come up and surely enough once it did a few usual suspects began bidding on it. And I am happy to report that one of my enforcer friends won it. After the auction he came up to me and told me, "You know you're coming". I then proceeded to hug him for the next 5 minutes. All in all an awesome night, and I had a lot of fun meeting lots of people again.

PAX is coming. Did you bring your coat?Well at least I'm somewhat consistent with the every couple of months updates. haha
Anyway. checked the calendar today and it's about 38 days till PAX. As always looking forward to seeing people there even though I may be running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Updates since last time, I don't have a job anymore and I am still currently looking (stupid economy). Incidentally, if anyone knows of someplace that is hiring Test Engineers, please drop me a link or something. :) ODST is coming and I am super excited for it. I will of course be camped out ahead of time to be first in line again. Some friends of mine went to Comic-con again this year and got to play it. They also got me the exclusive grifball figure that McFarlane toys has there. Look forward to seeing some of you soon and hope you've all had a great summer!

/ /So this journal isn't really blank, I just don't know what to say so I whited it all out. So much going on in my head and in real life right now I have no clue where to start. Sometimes life seems so awesome and other times so crappy that I just want to be alone (kind of). Ugh, why can't life just be simple?
