Let's Try This Again...Every now and again I find my way back to my profile page to give a blog a try so here is me saying I'm gonna actually give an effort to this little endeavor! Hell, I am on this site enough, I might as well participate! So Phoenix ComicCon is this weekend and I am pumped! I can't wait to get some material for the podcast!

It is Time!Well hello friends. I have been such a casual user of this site now for the last 6 years apparently and I am pretty sure it has been about 5 years since I have made a journal entry! So I figured it was time that I make a small update. I don't dare try and touch on everything that has happened or else we will be here all day long. Short update: Still in college, still paralyzed, single after a four year relationship, work for Apple now, and sadly thats about it! Oh well, so much for excitement! Anyways, I am going to try to be a bit more.... here!

HGNWell I just picked up my copy of it yesterday and its pretty badass! the artwork is great. Its a bit weak in terms of story and whatnot but i guess that wasnt really the whole point of it.
Last Voyage of the Infinate Successor
Of all the comics in the book it was the longest and most involved story. I was impressed by the artwork but at certain times it seemed like there was too much goin on and it was hard to follow it. overall it was great.
Armor Testing
interesting style cuz the integrated some of the textures from the game for scenery, and also at one point a Ghost. It was cool to see that these armor suits dont just magically appear lol.
Second Sunrise Over New Mombasa
Interesting to say the least. It gave a small insight to how the people on earth saw the war. Apparently people were hired to spin the war so it sounded like the covenant was no match for humans, when in reality it was the other way around. Good story.
Breaking Quarantine
No dialogue but i guess if your just running from the flood theres not much to be said. yay for Sgt. Johnson. Great artwork
The Gallery
Some of the best work is in there. I would have loved to see a few comics in some of those styles, but what they give ya is enough to whet your appitite.
Overall
Good book. A little less than what I expected from it but still great!

Wow life is indeed a great thing. I mean about a month ago I was depressed and now just because of one person I feel whole again. its really a great feeling. Her name is Chelsea, and I am falling for her big time! we've been dating for a little over a month now and Ive never been happier. so good for me! lol

ChicagoHere I am in chicago. A beautiful freakin city, especially at night. The flight was very very easy. I originally thought that it was just going to be hell. with havin to get into and aisle seat and whatnot. Luckily it went very well. So once we got here we went to go get our rental car. well that should have taken about 5 minutes but apparently our car wasnt there. so that took a good hour or so. We finally made it to the hotel and checked in. We get up there and find that the room was not handicap accessible at all. IE no roll in shower and no toilet chair. so we called the front and had us move rooms. well this one had a roll in shower but still no toilet and there was no rolling shower chair. well we call the front desk again and for the shower chair they send us a freakin stool that came up maybe 1 foot above the ground. so that was obviously not gonna work. ok well so that went on for a few hours and to make a long story short nothing really happened so thats how we stand.
Dinner time! Hooray. I found that we were meeting some of our in town family. where did we meet? at Buca di Beppo....probably one of my least favorite restaurants lol. oh well no biggie. So the plan for the next day was for me to go chill at my cousins skool with her. Well I woke up a bit late and had a horrible time with my morning routine. I wont elaborate on that. THat kinda set the pace for the day however. We went out which wasnt too bad until I felt a bit of tug on one of my tires. so i headed back to the hotel. took off the wheel and there was some stuff wrong with the axel. well we tried to take a peice out and now its stuck. so now i can fucking go anywhere and Im stuck in my hotel room. I swear to god if this trip gets any worse...well I dont even want to get into what I want to fucking do right now. sorry to bitch and moan at you all, but im done so its all good. hopefully we'll get it fixed. thanks all for reading. peaceout.

I hate bein sick!yea ive pretty much been bed ridden for the past two days and i must say Im not too happy with it. But at least now im startin to get a bit better, and i better be cuz i have to go workout at 330 today and its gonna be a major bitch i can tell right now! anyways thats all.

Soreness!yea so I started out with my new trainer over at ASU yesterday...wow I dont think Ive been this sore in a long time! but its all good. Im one step closer to gettin my fat ass in shape! Another part of this whole thing is the diet that Im on, which pretty much consists of a meal every two hours consisting of 300 calories. Stuff like lean meats and whatnot. Anybody got any suggestions that would help me mix it up a bit but at the same time keepin it healthy? Gimme some input so i can get it goin. thanks!
