I just now am about to pick up mass effect 3 again. This time I am going as my female character who is Paragon. What sparked this was I saw a few seconds of a different ending to mass effect 3 and it sparked the same feelings I had in my first run throw..... So I am venturing out again to play it. I will be reporting back on what it was like, but first I have to go throw all the DLC in mass effect 2....
