Please present your Weekend Pass at the Registration Desk. You will receive an attendee bag with your event program, lanyard, and other goodies. Below are the hours you may register for RTX. We encourage you to register on Friday so you can go straight into the event first thing on Saturday morning.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS You may not enter the exhibit hall before 9:00 AM or stay past 6:00 PM on either day of RTX. We will be clearing the show floor of all attendees of this time.

Even though the show closes at 6 PM on Saturday, there are tons of fun evening activities to take part in! And that list of activities is conveniently the next item on this list! WOW!
EVENING ACTIVITIES
All of the evening activities for RTX 2012 are located in the convention center. You DO NOT need an extra ticket-- your Weekend Pass allows you access to any of the activities.
Attendees who wish to partake in a live-action shoot are asked to join us Sunday morning, bright and early, at 6:15 AM downtown. Location, details, and more can be found on this info page.

We're super excited to announce that Plantronics GameCom will be the Official Headset of RTX 2012! They will have a booth in the eSports area and are providing all RTX tournament stations with GameCom headsets.
GameCom will be showcasing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO beta) with their new GameCom 780 headsets on Alienware M17 laptops at their booth. They'll also have a survey station that will be awarding prizes (including headsets) throughout the event. Best part... if you win, you get the prize right then and there! I just wanted to give you a reminder that the International Game Developers Association's MOBILE game contest they are throwing at RTX has a deadline of tomorrow!!
