Unable to Stop Service?I want to stop services on my computer and I tried to do so using Task Manager, but every I am greeted by a window that says, "Unable to Stop Service. The operation could not be completed. Access is denied."

How do I get past this so my computer can run a bit better?

Samutz is Glitched
Either your account is a standard user and not an administrator, or you have have a virus that locks you out of administrator stuff (services, regedit, msconfig, etc).

Edit: Also possibly you're trying to stop a service that's critical to keep the system running, but I think the error it gives for that is slightly different.

I've figured it out and I feel a little stupid for not having tried it before. I was trying to stop it from right-clicking it in Task Manager but I had to click the "Services" button, with an administrator shield, in the window and it took me to a list where I could stop them.
I was really worried after reading your answer but it turns out that I'm just blind.
