A Serbian Film www.traileraddict.com/trailer/serbian-film/red-band-trailer
- An aging porn star agrees to participate in an "art film" in order to make a clean break from the business, only to discover that he has been drafted into making a pedophilia and necrophilia themed snuff film.

Irreversible www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi2601845529/
- Events over the course of one traumatic night in Paris unfold in reverse-chronological order as the beautiful Alex is brutally raped and beaten by a stranger in the underpass. Her boyfriend and ex-lover take matters into their own hands by hiring two criminals to help them find the rapist so that they can exact revenge. A simultaneously beautiful and terrible examination of the destructive nature of cause and effect, and how time destroys everything.

Meat Grinder www.horrorsociety.com/2010/08/16/meat-grinder-trailer-nsfw/
- Thailand horror chiller about a woman who kills people, cuts up their bodies and then includes them in her award-winning restaurant as meals for her customers!

Dumplings www.mymovies.net/player/default.asp?t=Dumplings+-+Trailer&trid=4728|2285&filmid=4728&s=3&n=3
- Another Far Eastern shocker, about a woman who makes Chinese Dumplings with a very secret ingredient: dead baby fetuses! (Make sure you see the full-length movie version, not the short version that forms part of a trilogy of Korean cinema!)

Orozco The Emblamer www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eABS_fR1y4&feature=channel_video_title
- Following the life of a mortuary attendent and embalmer, as he deals with bodies in a drug-riddled part of South America. Real bodies, real deaths, real corpses, and real autopsies! Absolutely genuine footage, and nasty viewing!

Philosophy Of A Knife www.nipponcinema.com/trailers/philosophy-of-a-knife-trailer
- Nearly five hours of the most depressing, bleak, harrowing and grotesque footage about what the Chinese did to prisoners in World War II, at Manchuria, at the infamous death camp Unit 731. Even just reading about this, will make your blood run cold, let alone watching it as a documentary! Like "Orozco The Embalmer", it's all 100% genuine! (See also Men Before The Sun.)

Martyrs www.viewclips.net/martyrs-2008/
- A young woman's quest for revenge against the people who kidnapped and tormented her as a child leads her and a friend, who is also a victim of child abuse, on a terrifying journey into a living hell of depravity.

Snuff 102 moviescy.com/movies/snuff-102-2007-27789
- Disgustingly offensive film about a necrophile who we see kill his 100th, 101st and 102nd female victims. Banned in most countries, and almost impossible to get hold of, but a one-of-a-kind experience, bleaker than most. The trampling of the pregnant woman, and the crushing of the head of another victim, are the most repellant scenes in a long time.

Maniac www.traileraddict.com/trailer/maniac/trailer
- Tom Savini stars in this grim 1980 slasher flick, about a serial killer with mummy problems!

Cannibal Holocaust www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZ-Xp6VC7RQ
- The granddaddy of horror cinema, only because of the inclusion of real animal killings and mutilation! Just as nasty now, some 30-odd years after it was made!

Defenceless: A Blood Symphony
- Low-budget Australian rape/revenge film, that is almost silent bar the screaming during the rape scenes! Not pleasant!

Inside coralspringstwitter.com/videos-%EF%BF%BD-linterieur-inside-trailer-ingles-%5BC93r9P5g71g%5D.cfm
- French horror with Beatrice Dalle, about the torture of a pregnant woman, by another woman! Vicious, shocking and uncompromising piece of Gallic cinema!

Island Of Death
- A Video Nasty from Greek director Nicos Mastorakis, that tries to lump every depravity into one film, and succeeds.

Guinea Pig www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uoKE3Tz11g&feature=related
- A group of guys capture a young girl with the intent of hurting her. They torture her in many ways, from beating her to putting a sharp piece of needle-like metal through her eye which pierces across her retina.

Soldier Blue vimeo.com/1365452
- Western movie that starts off pleasantly enough, but the final 20 minutes are just undescribably disgusting: beheadings, rape, torture and mutilation of men, women, children, and babies! Based on genuine historical reports!

The Human Centipede (First Sequence) www.traileraddict.com/trailer/the-human-centipede/trailer
- A mad scientist kidnaps and mutilates a trio of tourists in order to "reassemble" them into a new "pet"-- a human centipede, created by stitching their mouths to each others' rectums.[link=http://][/link]

I actually have this weird fascination with reading about movies like that, but I am very uncomfortable with the idea of having to see them. I'm not sure what. I actually kind of want to see Dumplings --and the other short films in Three... Extremes-- but I have the feeling they would disturb me too much.

I'm surprised you didn't include Audition, Visitor Q or The Concrete-Encased High School Girl Murder Case.

(Wasn't Guinea Pig the film series where some American actor called the FBI because he though he was watching a real snuff film?)

Yeah, I was watching a documentary about Snuff films and apparently Charlie Sheen called the FBI because he thought it was real.

I was hoping to see The Centipede in that list. That film gave me an undesirable interest to eat and defecate.

I have only seen 'The Human Centipede' out of that entire list but I have heard of 'The Serbian Film' and 'Cannibal Holocaust' but I have no intention in watching any of them.
'The Human Centipede (Second Sequence)' could be put in this list, that film is sooo horrible me and my friends were actually screaming at some points (due to how gross and weird things got)...also I think I watched the fairly watered down version. But damn that movie is seriously messed up.

I've seen the human centipede and honestly if you sat through the south park episode the human centipad that was debatable more sickening.
I have one to add to the list just one as it really tops them.

Dog Tooth
-Winner of an best indie film award at some film festival
- The story focuses on a father who has kept his family in isolation and taught them / used them for psychological experiments he claims the outside world is too dangerous for them until they lose their dog teeth (one of the teeth in the mouth you never lose so you never have your baby tooth version fall out) He teaches them that cats are highly dangerous predators, that phones are called dildos and other such things and tells them of another brother and sister outside the compound who live in exile, he then at one point says the exiled ones have died.
-Later to deal with his teenage sons growing desires he hires one of the workers at his factory to act as an outlet for these desires threatening the worker with her being fired otherwise.
-The son has his way with the woman then said woman falls for the younger daughter and they have sex with the younger daughter with the younger daughter not really knowing what is happening and in exchange gives the girl a tape from the outside world
-The father finds out go to the workers house and brutally beats her with a video recorder (not camera literally a video recorder unit)
-The father decides his son can't see the woman anymore as she is corrupting his family by undoing his lies but his son needs to deal with his desires so gets the son to pick between his sisters as to who he now wants as an outlet for his desires.

There's 30 minutes more film after what I've mentioned above and this is by now means all that happens in the film.

So yeh ready for the most messed up legally available award winning film ?

You've missed Salo. Pier Paolo Pasolini from the mid-70's which was his final film because it resulted in his murder. One of the hardest films to sit through due to how disturbing it is, but for some strange reason at the end I felt like I had watched something that was important in the realm of film. A movie like this will never be able to be made again.

I own copies of A Serbian Film, Philosophy of a Knife (great director, his other stuff is bizarre), Martyrs, Cannibal Holocaust, Guinea pig (the whole collection), Inside, Island of death, Salo (criterion release even, lol), Ilsa (she wolf and.. another one), Audition, Visitor Q (Takashi Miike is a genius!) & .. well.. a bunch of other movies in that same vein. I've never been grossed out or disturbed buy gore or violence or .. horrific things happening in movies.
Serbian film I still think is more of a tragedy than anything! I love this stuff, If you are looking for something particularly sick (though..honestly the movies aren't GOOD) then try the 'vomit gore trilogy' which starts off with 'Slaughtered Vomit Dolls'.
Human Centipede was hilarious, I was actually thrilled when the two girls in that were shut up.. I have yet to watch the second one, but it's lurking around on my hard drive somewhere, just have to find the time.

I've been on a weird/violent movie kick lately and somehow came across the Vomit trilogy. The trailers made the last act of Audition look like a Care Bears movie.

Martyrs was an amazing film, which really had two sides to it.

The first part of the movie is more about the brutality and the quick scares due to the 'illusion'. The second part is where the psychological horror really gets going.

I can really recommend this to anyone.
