Honestly, the best thing you can do is have a small group meet to express their concerns over this girl and if he doesn't believe any of you, then you will have to let the relationship take it's course. Sometimes the only way to learn is to go through it despite the warning signs.
Ummm how long have they been together for one... How old are they? I think you should warn him that she's cheated on people in her past, and if he gets mad let it do and let him find out the hard way. It'll suck if he gets hurt, but that's the only way we can learn. He might get mad if you tell him to break up with her. So yeah I'd just warn him and say he can stay with her, but at least that way if he DOES get hurt he'll still be a friend.
