Zombies Ate My Neighbors!Okay everyone, who's played this game? Probably my favorite Genesis game (I don't have SNES...oh well...), I never beat it, but still enjoyed it a whole lot. I just busted it out a few weeks ago, and man, I forgot how much I enjoyed it!

It was, and It never fricken ended. It just got harder and harder. Seriously, I lost count on how many levels there were, Im sure If i wiki'd it Id know, but that is 5 seconds im unprepared to invest at 2 am. However I will tell you that Monster Madness completely ripped zombies off, its an awesome game but yeah......those thieving bastards stole the concept.

This game was like crack to me when I was younger (not promoting any of you to do drugs, or saying that I did them) but I played that game nonstop until I died at Invasion of the Snakeoids, then I got pissed, threw the controller and didn't play the game for another 7 or so years.

If you like zombies, play dead rising. This game is more about a fun top-down shooter than a zombie killing game.

OMG! I completely forgot about this game! I absolutely loved just staying up all night with one of my friends and playing it... never beat it... I wonder what ever happened to it? I had it for SNES... which I still have, so why don't I have it? =[

I haven't played that game since I was a kid I used to play it with my brother all the time and as far as I can remember we never managed to beat it but spent countless hours playing it. Gotta love when you see a thread that brings back great memories of classic gaming on the Genesis.

Loved that game (SNES). I actually still have mine in working condition, and i found out that a retro store is selling their shitty ass copy (the label art is all shitty and whatnot) for $70. So glad I kept mine!

I love that game!

I actually tried playing it a few weeks ago with my little brother. We got to the baby and the baby just drained every single one of my brother's lives. It was hilarious. I ended up beating it and I got the football level and that UFO thing raped me. ._. Furthest I've ever gotten in that game.

I just dug it out of my stash the other day. The giant baby wasn't quite as hard to get past as I remember, but it didn't go over well when the UFO came after me. I had forgotten all about that. I finally got frustrated and put it back in the closet. lol

Even though after the UFO, there's still like.... 80% of the game still remaining.

Sometimes I feel like the only person who does not like this game. I constantly hear from many old school game connoisseurs that it's a great game and it's hidden gem. It's not. I don't know maybe it's the fact I'm discovering this like 20 years after it's been made, but really the game isn't anything special. Yeah it's a good game... if you play with a friend I guess... but the gameplay is stale and boring. I was rather unimpressed especially after the hype that was build upon this game. Maybe it's just me...
