Scott passed away and the people on that list above are sending around a card to sign, and enclosing letters and things - which will be taken to his parents.

Tips on when you get the letter (by Show):
Put in your name here. In pencil. Erase the prior name.
Here is where the postage will go. Now I suggest you either ask your mailman or post office how many stamps it will take each time so that it doesn't get sent back to you or lost.
Another idea that Darksage just reminded me of... If at all possible, let's make a running documentary of this thing's progress... I'll take a pic of the card with just my signature on it... if anybody else wants to take a pic of it as the sigs are added up, that'd be cool as well...

These kinds of things happen, we all know it. but its not until it strikes close to home (I know, this isnt THAT close, it`s only the internet, but it still shows us it can happen to anyone) that we realise how precious life is. One of the redeeming factors here is that even if scott was fighting for his life, he seemed happy. That takes ALOT. He was a bigger man then most of us on this board will EVER be.
He`s still in my thoughts, he`s part of redvsblue. Just as much as Burnie, or Gus, or Gfunk, or Jason, or any other internet celebrity. He wont be forgotten, thats for damn sure.
The card you guys are putting together is awesome. This place really is overflowing with awesome human beings.

Seriously though I feel the same exact way... I didn't talk with him nearly as much as many other people did, but I do know that he always had a positive outlook and was a shining beacon that we all can aspire to be like.
Yes it is. And even on top of all this his dad came on to tell all of us. If something like that happened to me my parents would never have done that. They still think I hang out with pedophiles and perverts all day long. Since his parents know that he did have friends, it makes the card more important to get there to show we cared.
