Neons are only illegal if your driving in mine. They can be on if you're parked, but thats it.
I perfer just a really really clean car... No stickers, shaved emblems, a nice, not gaudy paint job, tires that fit, and a good ride height. By that I mean, if it's a car then it should be low, if it's a truck it should be lifted appropriately.
To be honest i dont' know what the point of the lights are... but yes.. well... anyhow....

to all the moron's who want to drive round with lights on... under car lights... lowered to min possible... gauges everywhere... what the hell do you do that for? i can understand if your racing (drag not street) for the gauges, i understand lower and lights for show... but if it's a show car... wouldn't you want to leave it undercover... in the shed... till a show.. not drive it round to get damaged... beat's me...

im sorry but that white car is ugly :( its a car not an airplane... the front bumper doesnt even go with the car its to big... i say both your car can look nice from the outside but if your car is ugly inside basically your car is beat...

Best car mod... well, for turbo cars, I'd have to say Turbo Timer. Since I have installed mine, I can just turn the ignition off, get out, and the car will stop when the timer runs down. No more waiting to turn the car off myself.
