In order to receive these discounts, reservations must be made on line via the RTXevent.com web site. You will not be able to secure these rates by contacting the hotels directly.

New Reservations, Modifications, Cancellations – Please do not call hotels, but go to the official on-line Passkey GroupMax housing website through ( RTXevent.com ). Changes and modifications may be made online using the acknowledgement number you receive once you have booked.
Q: Deposit & Taxes
A: A credit card number is required to guarantee all reservations and is processed upon arrival, with the exception of the Hilton Austin hotel. They will charge 1 night’s deposit on June 4th, when they download reservations from the web site. All rooms are subject to a 9% lodging tax if you are tax exempt, 15% if you are not tax exempt.
Q: Housing Deadline is June 4th
A: You must make your reservation by June 4th to qualify for discounted rates; however the RTX room block may be sold out before this date, so make your reservations early. Requests for rooms pre/post-convention may not be available through the Housing Bureau. Please contact the hotel directly for additional room nights needed based on availability at the regular rate.

You can continue making modifications or cancellations until the web site Close date of June 27th, and after this date you will have to contact the hotels directly.

A: If you want to book nights outside of the contracted room nights at the discount rate, you will have to contact the hotel directly for availability at the regular rate.
